These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Correct Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
All subscription payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation date.
Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
2. Cancellations
To cancel a subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request at least seven (7) days prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations received after this period may result in charges for the following billing cycle.
Requests must be sent in writing via email to your point of contact or sales@correctdigital.com.
3. Advertising Account Balances
You are responsible for all costs incurred in your advertising accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms).
Any outstanding balances in these accounts must be paid in full. The Company is not liable for unpaid balances or platform suspensions resulting from nonpayment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Correct Digital will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Amendments
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
